Arlington seminar is now history and played to a full house. There was
not one empty seat. Attendee’s were from all over the country including;
California, Georgia, Connecticut, Kentucky, New York, Virginia, Maryland,
North Carolina and Arkansas. The presenter was master marketer Joel Cassway.
Joel has over 30 experience in the cash flow business. Here is a short
outline of Saturday’s program.

Joel went on to teach the three things which you must do when you market. (1) Keep Marketing. a. Marketing is a repetitive process b. Your plan should be designed so that note holders keep your material (2) Create- it is essential to create urgency before note holders will sell (3) Repeat – The secret of BIG income in the cash flow business is to generate repeat referral sources.
Cassway outlined what note brokers can reasonably expect from their cash flow business: Time-get rich slow not fast Income – goal should be six figures Investment – no need to spend 10, 15 20K to get started. No need to take multi thousand dollar seminars or mentoring programs. Only a modest budget is necessary.

Cassway used an entire segment
to review in detail his very profitable marketing program that took him over
